Wake n’ bake with these absolutely perfect fluffy pancakes or whip a stack up for those nights you have breakfast for dinner.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk plus ¼ more if necessary
1/4 cup cannabutter, melted
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 egg
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl mix together the milk, melted cannabutter, vanilla, and egg.
Slowly add wet mixture to dry mixture while continuously mixing. Do not over mix, we want a lumpy batter!
Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease pan with extra butter.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan using a measuring cup.
When the underside has reached the desired shade of golden brown flip with a spatula and cook until the pancake has a golden color.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with honey, maple syrup, cannabis-infused honey whiskey syrup, or top with fruit.
