This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of California residents in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This Notice applies to SS’s websites, products, services, and offline activities that collect personal information from California Consumers.

Personal information does NOT include publicly available info, de-identified data, or info exempt under other laws.

How We Use Personal Information

We do not sell personal information of California Consumers, except for limited prior disclosures we treat as “sales” under the CCPA. You have the right to opt out of future sales (see below).

Your Rights as a California Consumer

You can request a copy of the personal information we collected about you in the last 12 months, including:

• Business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling

• Categories of third parties with whom we share

• Specific pieces of personal information collected

2. Right to Delete

You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations).

3. Right to Correct

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale

You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Although we do not currently sell your data, you may opt out of any future sales by submitting a request (see below).

Note: Minors under 16 must opt-in before we can sell their personal information.

5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, race, biometric data).

6. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under CCPA/CPRA. This includes not denying you goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.

When submitting your request, please provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity. Only you or an authorized agent may make requests regarding your personal information.

We respond to all verifiable requests within 45 days of receipt and may extend once by an additional 45 days with notice.

Verification Process

We verify requests by using the information you provide and may ask for additional documentation. We will only use your information to verify your identity and not for other purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice or as required by law.
