1 cup cannabutter, softened
1-1/2 cups cannasugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
2-3 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 cups cannaflour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cannamilk
1-1/2 cups cannabis infused chocolate ganache, whipped
Preheat the oven to 340F/170C and grease a muffin pan well or use Halloween styled muffin liners.
Next, add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
In a medium bowl add the cannaflour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt and mix well.
Simultaneously add the dry ingredients and the cannamilk to the wet ingredients while continuously mixing. Blend well.
Fill the muffin liners 2/3 of the way full and bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the tops of the cupcakes are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow to cool completely before adding the cannabis infused chocolate ganache icing to each cupcake and topping with Halloween themed sprinkles.
