Sprinkle this cannasugar over your morning waffles, or use the cannasugar to make homemade sugar donuts. Try a spoonful of this sugar into your morning coffee. If you prefer granulated sugar, then simply press the baked sugar through a sieve with a spoon instead of putting it through the food processor.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Makes 1 cup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cannabis tincture
Preheat the oven to 200F/95C.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cannabis tincture.
Spread the cannabis sugar mix evenly on a baking pan and bake for roughly 20 minutes. If using an alcohol-based tincture and a gas oven, leave the oven door slightly ajar as the trapped alcohol vapors will most likely cause an explosion if they are trapped in the oven. It is strongly suggested to allow the cannasugar to air-dry overnight, loosely covered on a baking sheet.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Place the cannabis sugar in a food processor and blend until desired consistency.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
