Fireproof CannaSugar - Cannabis Infused Sugar Edible Recipe

If you are not familiar with making cannasugar, then you are probably wondering why or even how cannasugar can cause a fire. When using an alcohol-based cannabis tincture a fire may occur in gas stoves causing an explosion that can destroy not only your cannasugar but your home and personal property as well. Cannasugar is great to have on hand as it allows you to make anything from tea to tomato sauce or baked in a cake. If you prefer powdered sugar, then simply process the cannasugar in the food processor until it has reached the desired texture.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 1 tablespoon cannabis tincture
  

Directions:

1. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, blend the sugar and cannabis tincture.

3. Spread the cannabis sugar evenly on the baking pan and allow the cannasugar to air-dry overnight, loosely covered on a baking sheet in a dark, dry, and cool place.

4. Once the cannasugar has completely dried press the cannasugar through a sieve with the back of a spoon.

5. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 2 months.
