I like to have one pumpkin spice drink during the fall season, and I like to make that one pumpkin spice experience that I allow myself to really count, so I've started the tradition of enjoying one simple cannabis pumpkin spice latte.
2 cups cannamilk
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup freshly brewed instant espresso or very strong coffee
2 tablespoons cannasugar, to taste
1/2 cup vanilla cinnamon whipped cream, divided
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for garnish
In a medium saucepot over medium low heat add the cannamilk, pumpkin puree, and brown sugar, stir constantly until the ingredients are well blended and hot. Do not allow to boil!
Remove the sauce pot from the heat and add the pumpkin pie spice and the vanilla, mix well.
Then add the coffee to the mixture and whisk until the mixture become frothy.
Divide the drink between 2 mugs and add the cannasugar if necessary.
Garnish each mug with equal amounts of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
