The powdered sugar is how we are medicating this recipe because if we fry cannabis extractions it will kill the potency and no one wants that.

2 cups milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup cannabis powdered sugar, for topping
Combine milk, beaten egg, and vanilla in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
Mix until the batter becomes smooth.
Fold in the melted butter.
Pour batter into a funnel or squeeze bottle and make spiral-like movements for the classic funnel cake shape.
Fry in oil over medium-low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Sprinkle with the cannabis powdered sugar and enjoy.
