Perfect for breakfast or as a sweet tooth craving snack this cheese and fruit danish won’t disappoint! You can substitute the cannabis milk, cannabutter, or cannabis powdered sugar for their non-medicated versions to adjust the potency of these danish.

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Cream Cheese Filling:
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sour cream
8 teaspoons jam or preserves of your choice
Heat oven to 340F/170C.
Remove dough from can; do not unroll and cut dough into 8 slices.
Place the dough slices 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Press each dough slice into a 3-inch round, leaving a ridge around the outer edge.
In a large bowl mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sour cream.
Add the cream cheese filling to each danish.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Take the danish out of the oven and allow them to cool for 10-15 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of the jam or preserves of your choice to the center of the cheese filling on each danish.
Drizzle the icing over each danish with a spoon.
