Serves: 6
Ingredients
-
6 Large eggs
-
1/4 cup CannaMayo
-
1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
-
1/8 tsp Salt
-
Black pepper, to taste
-
Paprika (for garnish)
Step-by-Step Directions
-
Boil: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water (about 1-1/2 inches above the eggs). Bring to a rolling boil, then partially cover with a lid.
-
Steep: Reduce the heat to low, cover completely with a lid, and remove from the heat. Let the eggs stand for 15 minutes.
-
Cool: Transfer the eggs immediately to a bowl filled with ice and cold water. Let them stand for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process and make them easier to peel.
-
Prep the Yolks: Peel the eggs and slice them lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Mash the yolks thoroughly with a fork.
-
Infuse: Add the CannaMayo, Dijon mustard, cayenne, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Stir with a fork until the mixture is completely smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
-
Assemble: Fill a pastry bag (or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped) with the yolk mixture. Pipe the filling neatly into the egg white halves.
-
Garnish & Chill: Lightly sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
