Cannabis-infused deviled eggs are the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Whether you are hosting a holiday party, a summer gathering, or a picnic, this elevated appetizer is guaranteed to be the highlight of the menu. Using CannaMayo (cannabis-infused mayonnaise) allows you to infuse this classic dish with precision and ease.

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes

  • Cook Time: 15 minutes

  • Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs

  • 1/4 cup CannaMayo

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • Paprika (for garnish)

Step-by-Step Directions

  1. Boil: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water (about 1-1/2 inches above the eggs). Bring to a rolling boil, then partially cover with a lid.

  2. Steep: Reduce the heat to low, cover completely with a lid, and remove from the heat. Let the eggs stand for 15 minutes.

  3. Cool: Transfer the eggs immediately to a bowl filled with ice and cold water. Let them stand for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process and make them easier to peel.

  4. Prep the Yolks: Peel the eggs and slice them lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Mash the yolks thoroughly with a fork.

  5. Infuse: Add the CannaMayo, Dijon mustard, cayenne, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Stir with a fork until the mixture is completely smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.

  6. Assemble: Fill a pastry bag (or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped) with the yolk mixture. Pipe the filling neatly into the egg white halves.

  7. Garnish & Chill: Lightly sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
