Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butterÂ
3/4 cup agave Â
2/3 cups dried cranberriesÂ
3 tablespoons cannaoil
1 tablespoon vanilla extractÂ
2 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powderÂ
2 cups old-fashioned oatsÂ
1 cup crispy rice cerealÂ
3/4 cup peanuts, choppedÂ
Directions:
Grease a 13x9 inch pan and set aside.Â
In a saucepan over medium-low heat combine cannaoil, agave, and peanut butter. Once the mixture has melted add the cocoa powder and mix well. Do not bring it to a simmer. Remove from the heat and add vanilla.Â
In a large bowl combine the cranberries, old-fashioned oats, crispy rice cereal, and chopped nuts.Â
Add the melted peanut butter mixture to the oats mixture and blend well.Â
Pour the mixture evenly into the greased pan and press the mixture down using a spatula. Really press it down, as this will cause your granola bars to stick together.Â
Freeze for 15 minutes before cutting.Â
Keep in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Â
