These frozen treats don’t have any added sugar and the blueberries can be substituted with strawberries, mango, or any other fruit.
Prep Time: 8 minutes
2 pints of fresh or frozen blueberries
¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of cannamilk - get the recipe here
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 popsicle mold
4 popsicle sticks
In a blender or food processor add blueberries, honey, cannamilk, and vanilla.
Blend until pureed.
Fill the popsicle molds with the blueberry mixture.
Freeze for 3-4 hours.
Try using other fruits, like strawberries or mangos in place of the blueberries.
