Double Chocolate Chip Cannabis Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 cup white sugar

• 1 cup of chocolate chips

• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 egg

• 1 cup plain yogurt

• 1/2 cup milk, use cannabis milk for extra potency

• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup cannabis oil

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 340F/170C.

2. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

3. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.

4. Whisk egg, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and cannabis oil in a separate bowl until smooth.

5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

6. Add 3/4 cup chocolate chips and mix well into the batter.

7. Fill prepared muffin cups 3/4 full and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.

8. Bake for 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
