This fresh and flavorful recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes and is perfect for those summer dinner party potlucks.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Skill Level: Easy
16 ounces of fettuccine (fusilli, bowties, whatever shape you like)
10- 12 ounces of fresh Parmesan, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces
1 container of cherry tomatoes, halved
15 to 20 medium to large basil leaves, coarsely chopped
4 scallions, white and green parts, finely chopped
1/2 cup of cannaoil
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar- (Try our Cannabis Infused Balsamic Recipe!)
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
In a large pot of salted water cook the pasta until done. Drain and rinse pasta with cold water. When the pasta is completely dry transfer to a large bowl.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
