The longer this cannabis salsa sits in the refrigerator the more flavorful the cannasalsa will be! Serve with warm tortilla chips, with tacos, or on top of a fresh garden salad.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
3 cups tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons garlic cloves, finely chopped
½ cup medium green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño pepper
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons cannaoil
Salt to taste
In a medium bowl add the tomatoes, garlic, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and cannaoil. Gently mix the ingredients together and taste.
Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for over 1 hour before serving. For best results, make 24 hours in advance.
