Nobody is going to be arguing at the holiday table when this roasted cannabis turkey is served! This cannabis infused turkey has everything you could want in a turkey, juicy meat, crispy skin, and loaded with enough cannabis to keep a smile on everyone's face!

1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
1-1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
14 pound turkey, giblets removed and washed and dried
1/2 cup cannaoil
In a small bowl mix together the black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and thyme.
Sprinkle the seasonings on the outside skin, the cavity, and underneath the skin of the turkey as well.
Cover the turkey tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to marinate.
Preheat the oven to 325F/160C and set the turkey on the counter to bring to room temperature. Stuff the turkey with stuffing or vegetables and tie the legs together.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and drizzle the turkey with the cannaoil. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.
Roast the cannabis turkey on the middle rack in the oven for about 3 hours or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the turkey reads 165F/75C.
Remove the turkey from the oven and loosely cover with foil and allow to rest for at least 30 minutes before transferring to a serving platter and carving.
