If you love mustard you'll love medicated with this cannabis-infused mustard recipe. Perfect for hot dogs, for deviled eggs, hamburgers, or with an old-fashioned bologna sandwich!

Makes about 1-1/4 cups
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup pickle juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon turmeric
200mg cannabis tincture
In a medium bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, pickle juice, and water. Stir for 30 seconds.
In a small bowl add the brown sugar, garlic, mustard powder, paprika, salt, and turmeric. Blend well.
In a small saucepot over medium-low heat, add the pickle juice mixture and the mustard spice mixture. Blend well. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the heat immediately. Allow to barely simmer for 2 minutes.
Remove the mustard mixture from the heat and add the desired amount of cannabis tincture. Use an immersion blender to puree the mustard.
Pour the mustard into a glass container and allow the mustard to sit uncovered until the cannabis mustard has completely cooled. Once the mustard has cooled cover with an air-tight lid and store the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
