Cannabis Mozzarella Pomegranate Zoodles Recipe

Love pasta but not the carbs that go with them? Try this quick and easy flavor-packed recipe that combines zucchini, basil, mozzarella, and pomegranates and get your carb-free pasta fix.



Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:



Directions:


  1. Using a spiralizer create zoodles out of zucchini.

  2. Add zoodles to a large bowl toss with cannaoil and season with salt and pepper. Set to the side for 15 minutes.

  3. Add mozzarella and basil to zoodles and toss until combined.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
