This cannabis-infused mayo recipe is perfect for those cannabis-infused egg salad sandwiches or a nice medicated BLT that will be sure to get your head right. Use a blender instead of a whisk for faster prep time. Please skip the egg for those who are susceptible to salmonella.

Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sunflower oil, or oil of your choice
1/4 cup cannaoil
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
pinch salt & pepper
Directions:
Whisk the egg yolks for 3 minutes until the yolk becomes foamy.
In a small bowl blend the oil, cannaoil, dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt and pepper.
Slowly whisk the oil mixture into the egg yolk until the mayonnaise thickens.
Refrigerate the cannabis-infused mayonnaise in an airtight container.
