I absolutely love to make a bowl of this soup, my entire house smells like a herbal steakhouse. Try using the cannabis infused beef bone broth for an out of this world soup that utilizes beef bones, tissue, meat, and a bunch of your favorite steak dinner herbs. Out of cannabis infused beef broth? Substitute the broth with cannabis tincture, cannaoil, or cannabutter after the pot of soup has been removed from the heat.

Cook Time: 2 hours

Serves 4


  • 6-8 cups cannabis infused beef broth

  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon pepper

  • 1 tablespoon thyme

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  • 4 cups diced potatoes

  • 2 cups cooked steak, bite size

  • 400mg cannabis tincture


  1. In a large pot over medium heat add the beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, rosemary, and crushed red pepper. Bring the seasoned broth to a simmer.

  2. Add the diced potatoes and bring the broth to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook the soup for one hour, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add the steak and cover the soup and cook for an additional hour while stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove the soup from the heat and add the desired amount of cannabis tincture if necessary and stir well.

  5. Ladle the soup into the bowls and serve immediately with biscuits or crusty bread to dip in the soup!
