Cannabis Infused Mashed Sweet Potatoes Edibles Recipe

Cannabis mashed sweet potatoes are a holiday favorite with lots of melty butter, ground cinnamon, and cannabis that blend in a flavorful harmony around your family's holiday table.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

• 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered

• 1/2 cup cannabutter

• 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

• 1 cup cannamilk, more or less depending upon the desired consistency

Directions:

1. Place the sweet potatoes in a large pot and fill the pot with water. Place the pot on the stove and set the temperature to high, bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender to the touch of a fork. Carefully strain the sweet potatoes and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

2. Transfer the sweet potatoes to a large mixing bowl and add the cannabutter and ground cinnamon. Mash the sweet potatoes while slowly adding the cannabis milk until the sweet potatoes have reached the desired consistency.

3. Serve topped with extra butter and a dash of cinnamon.
