Cannabis Infused Hash Browns Stoner Strategies

Cannabis hash browns are perfect for getting your day going on the right track! Serve with steak and eggs or your next pancake breakfast! These crispy potatoes are great with sour cream or ketchup.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serves 4


  • 1 pound russet potatoes, scrubbed and peeled

  • 1 cup cannaoil

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Grate all the peeled potatoes and place into a strainer in a clean kitchen sink. Press the excess liquid from the grated potatoes. Set the strained grated potatoes onto a clean plate.

  2. Over medium-low heat, add the cannaoil to a large pan.

  3. Once the cannaoil gets hot add 1/4 cup scoops of grated potatoes into the hot oil. Do not crowd the pan.

  4. Cook the potatoes or about 5 minutes or until the cooked side is golden brown and flip to cook the other side. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until that side is also golden brown.

  5. Once the hash browns have finished cooking transfer to a plate and sprinkle with salt.
