I love Velveeta's giant chunk of queso cheese and making this delicious cannabis infused spicy mac n cheese recipe! It's delicious and reheats nicely as well, with no separation.



Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Serves 6


Ingredients:


  • 4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked al dente

  • 2 tablespoons cannabutter

  • 2 tablespoons cannaflour

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup cannamilk

  • 1/2 pound velvetta queso cheese, cubed

  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese


Directions:


  1. In a large pot over medium-low heat add the cannabutter, flour, onion, and garlic powder. Cook for 2 minutes.

  2. While constantly stirring slowly add the milk. Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat immediately to low.

  3. Add the queso cheese and the pepper jack cheese and continue to stir until the cheese has melted and is creamy. Remove from the heat and add the cooked elbow macaroni. Mix to completely coat the macaroni in the cheese sauce.

  4. Serve immediately or transfer to an oven-safe dish and bake with additional cannabutter and 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs.
