Get into the holiday spirit with this delectable cannabis egg nog recipe that will keep those holiday blues at bay.

3 cups of milk
1 cup cannamilk
1 cup of sugar
12 large egg yolks
1/2 cup bourbon, optional
1 cup heavy cream
Nutmeg for garnish
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat whisk together the milk, cannamilk, and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
While continually stirring, slowly add the whisked egg yolks into the warm cannamilk mixture.
Continue whisking the mixture for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the desired consistency has been reached. Keep at a bare simmer.
Strain the mixture into a bowl and stir in the bourbon and heavy cream.
Serve warm or chilled and garnish with the nutmeg.
Recipe Notes: Save the egg whites in a container with an airtight lid in the refrigerator for a yummy egg white omelet.
