No meat Mondays can be one of your favorite days of the week when you replace your meat and animal products with cannabis infused classic Italian dish. This is a super simple edibles recipe that requires a few simple ingredients and is ready in a blink of an eye.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 6


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pasta of choice, cooked al dente

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup cannaoil

  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black ground pepper

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 1/2 cup vegan parmesan shredded or grated cheese



Directions:


  1. In a large pot of boiling water, add the broccoli florets and cook for 4 minutes or until al dente. Strain the broccoli from the hot water.

  2. Add the strained broccoli to a bowl of ice-cold water and allow it to sit for one minute. Strain the broccoli again. Pat the broccoli dry and set to the side.

  3. In a large pan over medium-low heat at the cannaoil and garlic. Cook for 8 minutes or until the garlic becomes fragrant.

  4. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and coat with the garlic and cannaoil. Season with the salt and pepper.

  5. Next, add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss the pasta with the broccoli and cannaoil until the pasta has been evenly coated.

  6. Transfer the cannabis broccoli aglio olio to a serving bowl and sprinkle the top with vegan parmesan cheese.
