BLT Club Sandwich Recipe

This classic sandwich is a step above the rest featuring bacon seasoned with brown sugar and cayenne pepper.  You’ll never want to eat your bacon or cannabis any other way.


Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Serves 4

Skill Level: Easy


Ingredients:


  • 12 slices bacon

  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, divided

  • 3 large tomatoes, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon cannaoil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 12 slices white bread

  • 8 leaves butter lettuce


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. On a rimmed baking sheet, arrange the bacon in a single layer and sprinkle with the brown sugar and half the cayenne pepper. Roast for 15 minutes or to desired crispiness has been reached.

  3. Toss tomatoes with cannaoil and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Drain bacon on paper towels.

  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bread and assemble sandwiches with bread, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce. mayo
