Slow Roasted Cannabis & Herb Roasted Sweet Potatoes  Stoner Strategies


Sweet potatoes and turnips would never touch my lips when I was a little girl now that I'm grown I love nothing more than some roasted sweet potatoes made with cannabis that will get me roasted and toasted too.

Serves 4



Ingredients:


  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tablespoons cannaoil

  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon thyme

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, to taste



Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 340F/170C.

  2. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and toss to coat the sweet potatoes.

  3. Spread the cannabis coated sweet potatoes evenly on a baking pan and drizzle with the remaining cannaoil from the bowl. Bake for 30 minutes then remove from the oven.

  4. Stir the cannabis sweet potatoes and return the pan to the oven. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the cannabis sweet potatoes are golden brown and tender.

  5. Serve immediately or allow to cool completely before placing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
