Pineapple salsa is a great addition to any Hawaiian recipe or served alone with some tortilla chips. Use the pineapple skin as a serving bowl for your salsa for a fun presentation.

Ingredients:
1 whole pineapple, chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup of minced red onion
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1 minced chipotle pepper
Juice from half a lime
Salt
1/4 cup cannaoil
Directions:
In a large bowl add the pineapple, onion, cilantro, chipotle pepper, juice of half a lime, salt, and mix well together.
Season with the salt and drizzle with the cannaoil.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
