This mango salsa is great with some tortilla chips, on top of a salad, with fish tacos, or with most Mexican inspired dishes.

Ingredients:
2 large ripe mangos, diced
¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
1 lime
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 green onion tops, sliced
1 small jalapeño pepper, stem, seeds, and membrane removed
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons cannaoil
Directions:
Stir together mango, diced pepper, juice of the lime, cilantro, onions, jalapeno, salt & pepper, and cannaoil in a medium bowl.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
