Cannabis Honey Whiskey Bacon Sauteed Cannabis Mushroom Pepper Jack Cheese Cannabis Burgers Stoner Strategies

This is the best burger I have ever made for myself, and I made it strong AF with a whopping 325mg of THC that had my knees getting weak and my mouth smiling like the Tim Curry version of the grinch.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef 73/27% lean

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 cup onion, diced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 400mg cannabis tincture

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 8 slices of cannabis infused honey whiskey brown sugar bacon, prepared

  • 1/2 cup cannabis infused sauteed mushrooms, prepared

  • 8 slices of pepper jack cheese

  • 4 brioche buns

  • 1/2 cup cannabis infused honey barbecue sauce

  • 1 small tomato, sliced

  • 4 leaves of butter lettuce

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl add the ground beef, eggs, salt, pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and the desired amount of cannabis tincture. Hand mix the ingredients together until well blended. Form the meat into 4 equal size burgers and refrigerator covered for 15 minutes.

  2. Add oil to a large pan over medium low heat and add the burger patties, leaving room between the burgers. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the burgers have a brown searing.

  3. Flip the burgers and press each burger down releasing any extra fat from the burger.

  4. Add the sauteed cannabis mushrooms to the top of each burger in equal amounts.

  5. Add 2 slices of pepper jack cheese to the top of each mushroom covered burger.

  6. Allow the burgers to cook for another 5 minutes or until the burger is browned and cook to desired doneness.

  7. Remove the burgers from the pan allowing any excess fat to drip from the burger before placing on the bottom of the brioche bun.

  8. Place 2 slices of cannabis infused honey whiskey brown sugar bacon to each burger. Then add the tomato and lettuce to each burger.

  9. Add 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce to each burger and place the bun on top.

  10. Enjoy!
