Love ordering chicken and broccoli from the local Chinese restaurant but hate the calories that come with it? Try this healthy version that packs in the flavor and leaves out those pesky calories and fat content.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Skill Level: Easy
1-pound cubed chicken
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons cannaoil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Season the cubed chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter in a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and garlic, cook for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add the broccoli to the pan you cooked the chicken in and stir fry for one minute.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the chicken broth, cannabis oil, and cook for another 5 minutes or until the vegetables are bright green and tender.
Return the chicken to the pan and add the soy sauce and toss all ingredients together for an additional 5 minutes.
