This recipe can be made as quickly as you can dice up some apples, avocados, and cucumbers. Full of fresh flavors this salad offers more than just health benefits, it is a cold refreshing salad to help you stay in the best possible state of mind to take on the day ahead of you.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
2 cucumbers, finely diced
2 avocados, finely diced
2 apples, finely diced
1/4 cup cannaoil
6-8 mint leaves, chopped
In a large bowl, add the cucumbers, avocados, and apples. Mix well.
Drizzle the mixture with the cannaoil and toss the mixture until well coated.
Next, bruise the chopped mint leaves and add to the bowl. Mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
