The Best Cannabis Pancakes

Wake n’ bake with these absolutely perfect fluffy pancakes or whip a stack up for those nights you have breakfast for dinner. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/4 cups milk plus ¼ more if necessary

  • 1/4 cup cannabutter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. 

  2. In a medium bowl mix together the milk, melted cannabutter, vanilla, and egg.

  3. Slowly add wet mixture to dry mixture while continuously mixing. Do not over mix, we want a lumpy batter!

  4. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease pan with extra butter. 

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan using a measuring cup.

  6. When the underside has reached the desired shade of golden brown flip with a spatula and cook until the pancake has a golden color. 

  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  8. Serve with honey, maple syrup, cannabis-infused honey whiskey syrup, or top with fruit.
