These cannabis-infused home fries are seasoned to perfection and will have you skipping your favorite breakfast spot for these stay at home fries!

Serves 4


  • 1 pound russet potatoes, scrubbed and peeled

  • 1 cup cannabutter

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 tablespoon parsley


  1. Slice the potatoes into thick slices.

  2. In a large pan over medium-low heat, add the cannabutter and allow it to melt.

  3. Add the sliced potatoes to the hot cannabutter and season with the salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Coat the potatoes slices in the seasoned cannabutter.

  4. Loosely cover the pan and cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.

  5. Once the cannabis home fries have finished cooking transfer to a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
