These cannabis-infused home fries are seasoned to perfection and will have you skipping your favorite breakfast spot for these stay at home fries!

Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 pound russet potatoes, scrubbed and peeled
1 cup cannabutter
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon parsley
Slice the potatoes into thick slices.
In a large pan over medium-low heat, add the cannabutter and allow it to melt.
Loosely cover the pan and cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
Once the cannabis home fries have finished cooking transfer to a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
