Cannabis Cinnamon Rolls Recipe Stoner Strategies Edibles

These cinnamon rolls have a rich and buttery dough and a warm cinnamon filling.  Great plain or topped with a delicious cream cheese icing glaze.

Cook Time: 30 minutes

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter, cookie sheet grease

  • 2 tablespoon cannabutter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons cannabutter, softened

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 egg


  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 340F/170C. Grease 9-inch pan with 2 tablespoon cannabutter

  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add 3 tablespoons softened cannabutter

  3. Beat milk and egg together in a small bowl.

  4. Pour into the flour mixture and stir until the dough begins to take shape. 

  5. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough out into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle. 

  6. Brush the rolled-out dough with 2 tablespoons melted cannabutter

  7. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and the white and brown sugars. 

  8. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cinnamon-sugar mixture in the bottom of the cannabutter greased baking dish. 

  9. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over cannabutter-brushed dough. 

  10. Roll dough around, filling to form a cylinder shape. 

  11. Cut the rolled dough into 18 rolls and place on the greased cookie sheet.

  12. Bake in the oven until golden brown about 30 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown. 

  13. Top hot cinnamon rolls with a cannabis-infused cream cheese icing if desired
