Cannabis Baked Sweet Potato Fries

These baked sweet potato fries are easy to make and are pretty much set and forget until you can smell the sweet potatoes roasting, filling the air throughout your home. These sweet potato fries are lightly coated in cannabis maple syrup and lightly sprinkled with cinnamon. Substitute the cannabutter for regular butter or the cannabis maple syrup for plain maple syrup.

Cook Time: 40 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

• 3 large sweet potatoes sliced into fries

• 2 tablespoons cannabutter, melted

• 1/4 cup cannabis maple syrup

• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 340F/170C.

2. In a bowl add the sweet potatoes, cannabutter, and maple syrup. Toss to coat the sweet potatoes in the cannabis maple mixture.

3. Once the sweet potatoes are coated well evenly spread the cannabis infused sweet potatoes out on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Remove the sweet potato fries from the oven and flip the cannabis sweet potato fries over.

5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.

6. Once the sweet potatoes fries are done baking garnish with the cinnamon and serve immediately.
